Hurricane Beryl nears Caribbean as Tropical Storm Chris makes landfall in Mexico

Hurricane Beryl is taking aim at the Windward Islands and is expected to bring life-threatening winds and storm surge to the area on Monday morning, the National Hurricane Center said.
