Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) parroted former president Donald Trump’s attack on Vice President Harris’s biracial identity on Aug. 4. Republican Sens. Tom Cotton (Ark.) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.) sought to turn the focus to Harris’s record. Sen.
