Tropical Storm Debby: Heaviest rain arrives Monday in Northeast Florida

Update at 8:30 p.m. A Tornado Watch extends through 6 am for northeast Florida and southeast Georgia.
Tonight: Tornado Watch through 6 am. Rounds of rain with thunderstorms, some locally heavy.
Monday: Debby will increase in strength and become a Hurricane. Estimated wind speeds between 80-90 mph at landfall, somewhere near Taylor County along the Gulf Coast. Tropical conditions are expected through the day on Monday. Locally heavy bands of rain could lead to flooding. Likely, we will also see another Tornado Watch. The main concern is the potential for flooding. Wind 15-25 with gusts 30-40 mph.
