Tropical Depression 4 expected to become Tropical Storm Debby Saturday evening

As of the 11 a.m. National Hurricane Center update, Tropical Depression 4 is moving towards the west-northwest at 15 mph. The track continues to move over western Cuba before moving into the eastern Gulf of Mexico later today and Sunday.
