The Portland Parks & Recreation and Community Music Center are celebrating 70 years of music education as part of their programs. On Sunday, May 3, they will be holding an event to honor musicians and teachers for their decades of service. CMC Director Gregory Dubay and Soo Pak, PP&R’s Arts, Culture, and Special Events Manager, will join.
