Mother of 15-year-old girl photographed in bathroom by ‘TriMet Barber’ shares statement in courtroom

Victims’ testimonies at the sentencing of ‘TriMet Barber’ Jared Walter were emotional, and many talked about the long-term harm the 38-year-old Portland man has caused them.

One of the women who spoke was the mother of a 15-year-old girl who is credited with helping police catch Walter for the crimes of photographing people in public restrooms.

Walter ended up getting a 22-year prison sentence with credit for time served.
