South Florida residents, visitors get ready for heavy flooding ahead of possible tropical storm

In the flood-prone Edgewood neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, residents are gearing up for a wet weekend as a Potential Tropical Cyclone Four is expected to become Tropical Depression 4, and eventually Tropical Storm Debby as it approaches South Florida.
