PGE is asking for a 10.9% increase in power rates for 2025. This follows an 18% increase from last year, with an overall 43.8% increase since 2021. The Oregon Citizens Utility Board advocates to the Oregon Public Utilities Commission on behalf of consumers. Executive Director Bob Jenks joins FOX 12 NOW to talk about the steps they take and what consumers can do for themselves regarding further rate increases.
