Two international students from Mexico and the U.K. will stay in Oregon – for now.
A federal judge granted a temporary restraining order on Monday that stops deportation and requires the Trump administration to re-instate their student visas.
Their lawyer, Senior Supervisory Attorney Kelsey Provo at Innovation Law Lab, says it’s still unclear why the visas were suspended.
