Discussing revocation of student visas with Lewis and Clark Law Professor Tung Yin

A federal judge has ordered the immediate reinstatement of student visa status for two students from Oregon universities, effectively preventing their deportation or transfer out of the state.

The ACLU of Oregon, in conjunction with an immigration law firm, filed lawsuits against the Trump administration.
