A Chicago poet honors her mother and Osage heritage

Elise Paschen, an enrolled member of the Osage Nation, has released her latest collection of poems, which is a tribute to her mother, the first U.S. prima ballerina, Maria Tallchief, who fought to keep her Osage name.
