Jacksonville International Airport plans 2,000-space, $92 million parking garage

The city issued a permit Monday for contractor Balfour Beatty Construction LLC to build the third Jacksonville International Airport parking garage at a project cost of $92 million, the Jacksonville Daily Record reported.
