Woman describes what she did when her SNAP benefits were stolen

Ashley Stoner went to the store. When she went to use her SNAP benefits card, it was declined.
She would learn that someone had stolen hundreds of dollars in benefits from her, and she was not the only victim.
The Oregon Department of Human Services says it is seeing an increase in electronic benefit theft, and it is urging people to protect their benefits.
