Source: Driver speeding excessively in Skokie crash that left 2 injured

At least two people were hospitalized after a crash late Friday night in north suburban Skokie.

Authorities said the crash was caused by excessive speed, and residents told WGN-TV speed has been an issue in the area for a while.
