Miami Beach police officers rescue girl from nightmare

Miami Beach police officers rescued a 2-year-old girl from a nightmarish situation that alarmed both them and fire rescue personnel. Her parents were living in an unsanitary apartment when they both suffered drug overdoses and had to be hospitalized.
