‘Not invisible to us’: Beloved Albany Park school custodian a finalist for national honor

Dirty work often goes unnoticed, but at Hibbard Elementary School in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood, custodian Mica Ortiz makes quite an impression with her Swiffer and smile. It’s why the school custodian is up for a national honor. WGN’s Mike Lowe reports.
