Lawyer says to make sure your property manager is following safety codes to prevent drownings

Legal experts say tragedies like these are preventable if property owners follow safety law, which require them to maintain the slopes of the pond or install fences. One lawyer I spoke with today is calling for action from the community, to save another young child’s life.
