Prineville residents push back on potential UGB expansion for biomass plant

Prineville residents are protesting a proposed biomass facility and 671-acre urban growth boundary expansion, saying they weren’t properly notified. The city plans to continue the public hearing later this month to give neighbors more time to submit comments.
