Neighbors in disbelief over death of 3 young children, their mother in Oregon

Three teddy bears, one for each young life lost in a Cornelius home Tuesday afternoon, a vase of flowers for their mom deposited by Elijia Garcia on Wednesday.

She was in tears as she described her feelings about the tragic death of the family that lives down the street from her.

"These things should never happen, they have three kids, that’s why we are so sad, I think the whole neighborhood," Garcia said, speaking in Spanish.
