WPTV Investigates: The Okeechobee Boys

Jamie Ostroff, chief investigative reporter, interviewed men who attended two Florida reform schools in the 1960’s – the Arthur G. Dozier School for Boys in Marianna and the Florida School for Boys at Okeechobee.

Now senior citizens, the state is preparing to compensate the men who endured horrific abuse at the hands of employees.

WPTV’s one-hour documentary airs Wednesday, April 9th at 7 p.m.
