ManiFest is a revolutionary new event bringing the nail art community together for an unforgettable celebration of creativity and artistic expression.

ARC PDX got to visit the space as they were setting up to open Friday morning!

ManiFest is at Union/Pine in Southeast Portland. The first session started at 10 a.m. and it runs through Sunday. All ages are welcome.
