Bend veterinarian refuses to euthanize 3-month-old puppy, saves and finds it new home

A 3-month-old puppy named Murphy was brought into Bend Animal Emergency for a broken leg. The owner, unable to afford the surgery, sought to euthanize Murphy. The staff refused, saving Murphy’s life and finding him a new home.
