Portland massage therapist charged with sexually abusing clients at Fly Dream Massage

Portland Police and prosecutors say at least two women were abused by a massage therapist at the Fly Dream Massage at 5621 SE Woodstock Blvd.

According to court documents, Feng Sheng Chen is accused of sexually abusing at least two women in the Portland area earlier this year. The first incident occurred on October 19, 2024.

A woman told police the massage began as any other massage would until she was asked to flip onto her back.
