BODY CAM captures witness rescuing boy from cold river in Baldwinsville, New York

A 7-year-old boy was rescued from the chilly water of a lock in Baldwinsville, New York back on March 27.

First responders rushed to the scene, but a witness named Ed Rohmer jumped into action to save the child, identified by our sister station WSYR-TV as Makai Bays.
