‘Honored to help’: Deschutes County team reflects on Burns flooding rescue mission

The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office swift water rescue team helped rescue four people and assess nearly 60 homes in flood-ravaged Harney County. The team has returned home after aiding in the worst flooding the region has seen in decades.
