Flood water in southeast Oregon tests positive for E. coli

Severe flooding in Harney County, Oregon continues to displace hundreds of families in and around the city of Burns.
On Tuesday evening, the county sheriff’s office declared the floodwater, which infiltrated a number of homes, had tested positive for multiple bacteria.
Water collected on Monday returned positive results for E. coli.
