5-foot-wide Bend pothole damages cars, frustrates drivers. Nobody can reach property owner

The ‘Bellevue Crater’ is five inches deep, and nearly five feet in diameter, sitting dead center in the middle of a narrow, and busy roadway. It’s been growing wider and deeper for over a year, and drivers and businesses are getting fed up.
