New project to redesign Waterfront Park in Portland

Portland Parks & Recreation has received a $750,000 grant to begin planning a redesign of Waterfront Park south of the Hawthorne Bridge. Portland Waterfront Pavilion is a nonprofit that will help in planning and soliciting designs. They will showcase some potential renderings and how the process will work.
