Vancouver man accused of killing grandmother makes first court appearance

A man accused of killing his grandmother appeared in a Clark County courtroom on Monday.

Jordan Sullivan, 31, was arrested for first-degree murder on Friday. His friend, 30-year-old Alyssa Williams, was arrested for second-degree murder.

The arrests were made after a months-long investigation into the murder of Patricia Jimerfield in October 2024. Detectives had ruled her death a homicide after the Medical Examiner’s office declared the 78-year-old woman had been strangled.
