Big plans in store for Tom McCall Bowl in Portland’s Waterfront Park, including river access

The Metro Council has awarded a $750,000 grant to Portland Parks & Rec to transform the Tom McCall bowl at Portland’s Waterfront Park.
Human Access Project, a non-profit with the mission of transforming Portland’s relationship with the Willamette River, is partnering with them to create a vibrant space for outdoor entertainment and cultural activities along the river.
On Monday, the ringleader of Human Access Project Willie Levenson joined arc to discuss what they are doing, and how Portlanders can also get involved in the project.
