An employee with the Will County Sheriff’s Office was taken into custody at his home Thursday by special agents with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
According to Will County court records, Daniel T. Herod, 41, is charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and criminal sexual assault of a family member.
