Local effort to bring tool lending library to Central Oregon receives positive response

Two locals are leading the effort to bring a tool lending library to Bend. Tool libraries are communal hubs that operate similarly to regular libraries, but instead of books, they lend out a wide range of different tools at low-to-no cost.
