Federal budget cuts jeopardize funding for libraries and museums

An executive order President Trump signed last Friday calls for the Institute of Museum and Library Services to be "dismantled to the highest extent of the law." This will impact funds for museums and libraries across the nation, including the High Desert Museum and Deschutes Public Library.
