FULL FORECAST for Portland metro area, set to see a rainy start to spring on Thursday

Wednesday night will be wet at times across Western Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Two fronts moving in during the next 24 hours will provide a good half inch to inch of total precipitation in the area.
However, it will be all snow in the Cascades above 4000 feet. Another foot to foot and a half of snow is possible into tomorrow.
