Gov. Tina Kotek has declared a state of emergency due to flooding and landslides in Southern Oregon.
Severe flooding has devastated parts of Oregon as winter storms make their final mark.
A woman in Central Point, Ore., was killed after being swept away by floodwaters, officials confirmed. Dozens of others had to be rescued as floodwaters overtook their communities in recent days.
