Near-zero visibility in New Mexico dust storm

Brown-out conditions along New Mexico Highway 16 between Interstate 25 and the Cochiti Pueblo. Viewer Jonathan Loretto says traffic is at a standstill with the blowing dust, according to KRQE Chief Meteorologist Grant Tosterud. The National Weather Service issued a Dust Storm Warning for portions of Interstates 25 and 40 and other roads, which was set to expire at 4:25 pm MT on Tuesday (3/18). The agency warned motorists about "dangerous life-threatening travel caused by near zero visibility by blowing dust."
