WATCH: Astronauts Williams, Wilmore return to Earth after unexpected 9-month space mission

American astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore are coming back to Earth after what was meant to be a weeklong mission turned into nine months aboard the International Space Station.
Tuesday evening, the SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule began it’s “deorbit sequence,” which is a series of steps taken prior to the capsule’s descent into Earth’s inner atmosphere.
