Local swim class operators say a Bend city code makes it unnecessarily difficult to offer swim

Bend Park and Recreation has admitted that it can’t meet the need of everyone trying to sign up for its classes. The recent closures of two privately owned swim schools in Bend doesn’t help the situation and both schools say the closures are due to code regulations.
