Arrests made after deadly shooting of Florida rapper Julio Foolio

Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw, Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez, and Jacksonville Sheriff TK Waters are expected to announce arrests connected to the shooting at a cluster of hotels near USF in June that left Florida rapper, Julio Foolio dead, and three others injured.
