Sheriff: Woman arrested after wild chase, pedestrian hit, and armed standoff in Madras

A woman accused of threatening another woman, fleeing police, running over a pedestrian before ending up in an armed standoff with law enforcement was arrested in Madras Tuesday night, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday.
