Woman busted for running Botox business without license

Cosmetic procedures are clearly advertised on social media by someone calling herself Dr. Victoria, but police say the business that was being run out of the second floor of office complex in the 1200 block of East Hallandale Beach Boulevard was bogus all because the operator was never licensed in the state of Florida.
