A new proposal now working its way through Springfield would require Illinois public libraries to keep opioid overdose reversal medications, like Narcan, on hand. Jordan Henry, Senior at the Illinois Math and Science Academy, and Illinois State Representative, Anna Moeller, are working together to create this legislation.
