Dept. of Education targets colleges with pro-Palestine protests

Portland State University is responding to a letter from the U.S. Department of Education that threatens "potential enforcement action" against universities, including Portland State University, for not fulfilling obligations under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act to protect Jewish students on campus.
