Los Angeles DA calls Menendez brothers liars, opposes resentencing bid despite family support

Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman said his office will ask the court to withdraw a recommendation for a resentencing hearing for the infamous Menendez brothers, saying the brothers are a pair of liars.

"Our position is that they shouldn’t get out of jail," Hochman said Monday during a news conference.
