Police arrest accused drunk driver who slowly swerved across intersection, nearly crashing into cars

Gresham Police released video of an accused drunk driver who nearly crashed into several cars while crawling across an intersection at slow speed.

Arresting officers said the person got behind the wheel with a blood-alcohol content at more than twice the legal limit.
