Rep. Al Green explains why he interrupted Trump Address, leading to his expulsion

Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, was kicked out of Pres. Trump’s Address to Congress after interrupting the speech. Green told reporters he was responding to Trump’s claim of a mandate. Green said Trump doesn’t have a mandate to cut Medicaid.
