Students at McKay Elementary tackle food waste with ‘The Green Team’ initiative
1 min read

Normally, lunchtime at school is about taking a break and eating a mid-day meal in between lessons. But at McKay Elementary, the cafeteria also serves as a classroom.
One of the students, Stella, says they’re learning how to reduce plastic and food waste.
