Renderings released for potential Portland Major League Baseball stadium

The Portland Diamond Project released these renderings for the 32,000-seat baseball stadium along the city’s South Waterfront. The stadium would feature a translucent, retractable roof for year-round use. Baseball fans will be treated to a view of the Willamette River, with Mount Hood in the backdrop on a clear day. Groundbreaking on the new stadium could start as soon as 2027 if the city is able to secure a team.
