$1,000 reward offered for tips in Madras killing, wasting of deer

ODFW is releasing more info in a poaching case in the hope of getting tips.
On June 13, they discovered this recently deceased doe, near NW Hart street in Madras.
The reward for information leading to an arrest or citation is $1,000 or four ODFW hunter preference points.
