Sunny skies, chilly waters: Bend’s Polar Plunge supports SOOR athletes

Despite warm sunny weather, participants dove into cold waters at the Special Olympics Oregon Polar Plunge at Riverbend Park on Saturday. The event, including a 5K run and raised funds to support over 5,000 athletes statewide.
